PoolHouse by the Beach - 3 minute walk to Beach

Poolhouse by the Beach is a bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 2 En Suite Bathrooms, kitchen and a screened in porch. The porch is 10 x 30 feet . This porch is used as a living space with lounge chairs and a dining room glass table, with outdoor shower. Through a screen door from the porch is an attached large oval pool 6 feet deep at one end and steps from the patio down into the pool at the other. Indoor/Outdoor living at it's best. The house is minimal at about 1000 sq ft. Each bedroom has a TV and it's own bathroom, lots of parking- front and back and only 3 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach and underwater park for great snorkeling. This is a fairly new building in an excellent location. Walk down the beach to "Somewhere" restaurant and walk a few minutes more on Thursday night to experience "Fish Fry"(seasonal). Its all about the beach at Grace Bay and/or enjoying your own private pool.
