Newer spacious home

Our house is near several all season resorts, offering summer and winter activities state parks, zoo, white water rafting, golf courses, and casino plus much more, Several fine dining or fast food eateries. You’ll love our place because of the location, privacy and spaciousness . Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, family and friend get togethers. I also decorate for the holidays making our house seem more like home without all the fuss for family get together. Are guests can enjoy all the surrounding attractions this area offers any time of the year or just sit back with a good book on one of our huge decks, cook on the gas grill, propane included, build fire in the fire pit, wood is in woodshed, however I do not provide wood, neighbor boy keeps wood stocked in shed asking only a donation for his hard work. You can stay in Pj's and hang out in game room with air hockey, fuzzball, shuffleboard also casino style table with many different games, cards, chips, dice. Extra large yard for playtime outdoors with 4 picnic tables on bottom deck. Guests have access to whole house including 2 car garage, we do have a storage room downstairs that is kept locked which houses the main electrical box, dehumidifier, water conditioner, etc. I will meet my quests with the keys on arrival and instruct on where linens for sofa bed and futon are stored, answer any questions. I live 5 minutes away from this property and am available if needed during guest stay. House is located on several acres, however there are neighbors that appreciate the 11:00PM quite time, most have to get up very early for work during week days. No problem with parking for the limited guests of 16 in summer; however in winter if lots of snow it is plowed but a little harder to accommodate , should have no problem with 5 vehicles. Winter guests: Driveway is plowed and main road is State maintained, Salt is provided if needed during stay for walkways.
