This clean and cozy, one-bedroom apartment is minutes away from the historic capital of St. George's and just twenty minutes drive from world-famous Grand Anse beach. A garden setting makes it an enjoyable place to relax after a day spent exploring the island or working online. Note that all travel restrictions for Grenada are lifted. Palm View is a great choice for anyone visiting Grenada either for play or for work. The single apartment, on the ground floor of the host residence, is set on spacious grounds, allowing for privacy in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Thoroughly aired, cleaned and sanitized before your arrival, the apartment is also well stocked with all the linens you'll need for your stay and necessities such as soap, hand sanitizer and paper towels. At Palm View you'll enjoy fruits in season, direct from the tree such as mangoes, bananas, and even soursop. Local (or bush) teas like Black Sage and Lime Leaf tea are also available fresh for you to sample. Historic St. George's with its excellent supermarkets, restaurants and historical sites is just a short ten minute drive away while the world-famous Grand Anse beach can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes by car. The apartment is also less than five minutes walk away from the bus stop on the route to town. Most places you will want to go are accessible on the various bus routes. You will have access to laundry facilities including a dryer. There is a front garden where you can enjoy the breeze and the chattering of the many birds in the area. I can also do a brief introductory tour of the garden and the various trees and plants so you'll be able to identify mango, ackee and other trees on sight by the time you leave! I'm available on site to offer assistance or guidance, if needed. Tempe is a lush, quiet, residential neighbourhood where you can enjoy nature (and bird watch) while being just a ten-minute drive away from the capital of St. George's and twenty minutes from the gorgeous Grand Anse beach. Come and enjoy a tranquil location, conveniently close to many attractions, but where the calls of green parrots as a flock flies overhead or the chatter of the Carib Grackle are the loudest noises you'll hear! The apartment is about a five-minute walk to the bus stop (or less if you're a brisk walker) and the bus ride to St. George's takes about ten minutes or so. Most attractions on the island are on public transportation routes but, for your convenience, you may want to rent a car, especially to explore the norther end of the island. Free parking is available on-site. AC and electricity costs are high in Grenada so please make sure to minimize your usage of both so we can continue to offer our great low rates!
