Countryside two story home with private pool

Escape the city to this beautiful two story house. It is fully furnished with ACs in all of the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, WI FI, washer & dryer, private pool, bbq area and much more! Only a 20 minute drive from the San Juan airport, 30 minute drive from Old San Juan and El Yunque Rainforest, and 40 minutes from the ferry to Culebra and Vieques island as well as many more water attractions. This house is perfect for family vacations! Our home includes 4 bedrooms (one located on the first floor), 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with a smart TV (don't forget to bring your Netflix and Hulu passwords!), and a private pool with a terrace and a bbq area. There is ample parking space in front and towards the left side of the house - please note that you will have to drive up a steep hill in order to access the house. Our guests will enjoy the house in its entirety and we have a property manager that is available via texts/calls/messages during, before and after our guests stay to help with anything! The house is located on a very quiet hill that overlooks the lush green mountains leading to the ocean. We do have neighbors nearby so we ask our guests to observe our quiet hours from 10PM to 9AM so as to not cause any disturbances! Please note that we are located on the countryside - there is not much within walking distance so renting a car is highly suggested. Ubers/local taxis are also available. The best way to access the property is by car using the maps coordinates provided with the check in instructions. The living room does not have AC but we do have two ceiling fans that keep the room cool at night - be sure to close the windows to prevent mosquitos/bugs from entering! Smoking inside of the home is strictly forbidden. There will be a$250 fine if there are signs of smoking inside. Please limit smoking to the first level - anywhere that is not covered by a ceiling and kindly pick up any cigarettes left behind! Power outages and low water pressure are both common but when they happen, they shouldn’t persist for too long. We do not have a generator but we do have a water tank (low water pressure is indicative of area issues but because we have a tank, you’ll still have a water reserve all though pressure will be low. Please note that pool maintenance is scheduled for every Thursday as well as after each guest! The work will be done in the pool area (access to the actual house is not necessary). Because the house is in such contact with nature, please be aware that you may encounter snakes, spiders and animals alike around the premises.
