Open concept house - Ocean view

Beautiful open concept home in the village of Punta Banco, just steps from the ocean. Quiet setting, ocean view, nature, wildlife, and world class surfing! Welcome to a beautiful recently built open-air concept home, located in the village of Punta Banco (6 km from the main Pavones break). The design is by no means rustic, however, this is not a luxury home. It is simple, well finished and clean with 2 comfortable double beds, and one single bed. A well equipped kitchen opens onto a large deck with ocean view. There is no air conditioning as the entire home is open air. Think fancy eco camping in regards to critters that come and go. Showers are clean and offer a non-heated refreshing spring water experience. The house has great views and is less than a 100m walk from the ocean, surrounded by great wildlife and backed by forest. Please note, due to the high deck, the house is not suitable for people with young children who do not have an awareness of heights. The balcony railings could be climbed through. The house comes all set with linens, towels, full kitchen and accessories, 3 bedrooms (although the single bed takes up one room entirely!), bathroom and a large open air deck to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. Guests have access to the upper house and upper viewing deck. The lower garage will be locked and unavailable. The house will be cleaned and opened up for your arrival. Should you wish, additional cleanings can also be arranged. A contact person will be available to assist you should you have any questions. This part of Costa Rica is for people who want to get away from the regular tourist trappings and really enjoy the beauty and nature of the country. We took all the photos in this posting and all were taken within 100M of the house! The village of Punta Banco is small and includes several small grocery stores and a Soda (family run restaurant). Wireless internet is available for purchase at the Soda. Some of the activities in the area include surfing, hiking, snorkeling, horseback riding, yoga, biking and swimming in the local rivers. Punta Banco is virtually the last stop on the bus route South from Golfito past Pavones. One can take the bus, a taxi from Golfito ($100US) or drive the route oneself.
