It's a second floor apartment, it'd comfortable, nice, warm, spacious and quite bright. To enter the apartment you have to climb a few steps. We have a double bed and a cabin with a double and a single bed. The kitchen has a Coffee Maker, a microwave, a large gas stove, a large refrigerator, blender, kitchen utensils, full set of dishes, pots and pans. *Parking for a car. *Private access to the entire apartment. Give the client their own space but also if they need something they can send me a message by whatsap or by email. The residential is very quiet, the neighbors are very nice, has 24/7 security, the house where the apartment is located is with closed circuit cameras to give more confidence to both the client and the host. Located in a central point, 20 minutes from downtown San Jose, 15 minutes from the University of Costa Rica and others. Close to restaurants such as KFC, Macdonalds, Subway, 15 minutes from the Antares Gastronomy Center and 20 minutes from the Escalante Gastronomy Center, close to Mall San Pedro and 3 major supermarkets. There is a public bus stop 200 meters away, buses pass every 15 minutes. Easy arrival for Uber and Taxis.
