Our house has been built to a high specification with everything you would need to meet your Caribbean dreams. Spectacular views over Falmouth Harbour, which is only a few minutes away by car. The historic English Harbour one of UNESCO world heritage site is adjacent to Falmouth where you can visit the famous Nelson's Dockyard. New Years Eve is a spectacle not to be missed and rated as one of the best places to celebrate New Year. The house has 5 large fabulous bedrooms but te prices quoted are for three bedrooms only - all ensuite and decorated to a high specification. The prices quoted are for 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people. Extra rooms are £300 per night plus taxes. It is possible to book a 3 bedroom option, 4 bedroom or 5 bedroom option. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms most with his and her basins and air con. The large swimming pool 30’ x 17’ with seating area allows you to watch the boats sailing in and out of the harbour. There is a comfy lounge for up to 10 people, outside dining table on the verandah which comfortably seats 10 people. The utility room is well quipped with washing machine and drier. The house is situated on 3 floors with main living area on 1st floor. Fitted to a high spec with parking for 4-5 cars. There are comfy chaises on the pool deck, a charcoal BBQ, and relaxed seating. Its lovely to watch the sun set over the hills and the property is in the National Park therefore plenty of walking for those who like to keep fit. The house is accessed on the first floor with a large entrance hall, large kitchen and lounge ideal to entertain guests. Bedroom 1 is located off the lounge with a 7' emperor 4 poster bed. A wrap around verandah allows access to the west side of the property where there is comfy seating. The dining area can be inside or out weather dependant. Bedroom 4 is located on this level is accessed via a short walkway and overlooking the pool and also the view. Upstairs leads to two more large double bedrooms ensuite with a shared balcony Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 From the hallway a steep staircase leads down to the utility room and the fifth bedroom. This bedroom has a free standing bath and beautiful shower. The property is ideal for families with children aged 5 and over due to the steep stairs and pool being open. The 3 bedroom option includes bedroom 1, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 Add bedroom 4 for the 4 bed option Then bedroom 5 to complete sleeping for 10. Antigua has introduced a new tax from 1st January 2021, so a 14% charge for ABST will be added to the rates quoted.
