117Adams is a brand new, sleek & modern guesthouse located in the Ironbound section of Newark. A 7 minute walk to the train gets you to Midtown or the World Trade Center in 17 minutes. The area has a ton of great Portuguese bakeries and Brazilian restaurants. The house is one train stop from Newark Airport. This room has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king bed plus an additional folding bed (extra cost). Kitchen and bathroom are shared. FREE WiFi is available. PremiumTV can be viewed on any smartphone, tablet, or laptop by downloading the FREE app. The room contains 2 twin beds that can be combined for couples or separated for 2 singles. An additional folding bed is is available for groups of 3. House uses a keypad entry system. Guest will be provided a unique code for the main entry, floor entry and room entry. Guests and will have 24 hour access to the kitchen. A small team manages the house 7 days a week and is alway available via phone, text or email. The Ironbound neighborhood has an abundance of Portuguese bakeries and restaurants and provides easy access to NYC via NJ Transit Train or PATH train service to the World Trade Center. The house is located 7 minutes from Newark Penn Station where you catch the PATH train and NJ Transit to NYC in less than 20 minutes. Newark Airport is one stop away or a $7 Uber in 10 minutes.
