My place is close to Downtown Louisville (7 miles along scenic River Road), restaurants (Captain's Quarters Riverside Grille, Bearno's By the Bay), Prospect Village Shopping Center 1 mile (grocery, pharmacy, Starbucks, fast food, dry cleaning), Farmer's Market, marina, liquor store, expressways (20 minutes to airport). You’ll love my place because of the views & location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and house-trained pets It is a very charming, clean and well-kept cottage. You will feel very comfortable and safe in this home that sits on one acre of land. There are 2 living room spaces, as well as 2 dining tables that seat 4 guests each. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Upstairs is a bedroom & additional full bath. There is a 1 car garage and plenty of parking. There is a first floor laundry room. The entire home has been updated. You will have access to the entire house, and its contents. Please feel free to use as you see fit. We ask that any furniture that is moved be returned to its original location before you leave:) Owners personal home is nearby and they are available to help! This home adjoins riverfront homes along the Ohio River in Prospect, KY.
