Beautiful 1-bedroom apt looking over the city of St. George's harbor and yacht club below. Apt is spacious with newly remodeled bathroom. Less than 10mins by car/bus to Grand Anse beach, walking distance to city center and bus line. We want you to know we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting based on recommendations from the CDC. During these semi-post Covid times, we will leave a key in a lock box, and provide instructions for "checking" yourself in. For guests staying a longer period of time (over a week) we will replace all your linens each week at a coordinate time and clean the apartment each week. We will put you in contact with a property manager available by phone, text, or (Hidden by Airbnb) if you need any other information during your stay. The neighborhood is residential with local schools and a college down hill. The restaurants, shopping, bars, social spots, and beach are a short bus/taxi or drive away. If you wish, when you arrive, we can coordinate a taxi to property. Taxi rate is ~$25 USD cash. Once here, public transport is very accessible from local buses, which will pick you up anywhere on the roads and designated bus stops. There is also shared sparking space for 3 - 4 cars if you choose to rent a car. If you unfortunately lose any keys, a $20 fee will come out of the deposit for us to replace them. Any significant mess left behind upon check-out will incur $50 cleaning fee from deposit. May we suggest you leave your shoes off at the door to prevent tracking dirt into apt. Plus the cool tile floor will feel good on your feet! If you could help by pulling bed sheets and pillow cases off and piled on bed, that would be very much appreciated.
