There is over 2000 sq feet of outdoor terrace and patio surrounding the newly built swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables for enjoying relaxing meals and cocktails!This villa is truly unique because of the privacy and tranquilty of your own beach that is just a few steps away.We designed this villa to bring the outdoors in with doors that open up fully in the livingroom and diningroom to enjoy the beautiful carribean breezes and unbelievable views of the carribean sea from everywhere!!! The kitchen is fully equipped with a hanging pot rack ,glassware ,cooking utensils ,dishwasher center island cooktop and wall oven.There is also grill on the terrace for barbeques. Each of the 4 bedrooms have private baths and all new furniture with flat screen TV's.The master bedroom has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the sea and another patio on the garden side. Should you need to keep up with some 'office work' on your vacation we have a private office with a fax and printer and wi fi.We also have phone service you can use for outgoing and incoming calls from the U.S. There are many villas to choose from in Anguilla but none have the beauty of this unique location and views.As one of the locals who worked on this villa stated on day 'this is the best spot with the best views'!!
