Casa Lago Atitlán/San Pedro La Laguna

I have a nice apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a beautiful view. The house was recently built, and has 3 apartments with separate private entrances. I am from San Pedro and I can recommend local activites and places to eat and drink. You will have a great time here, and you can even hear the birds singing from the apartment! The space is comfortable, quiet, has everything you need, a pleasant atmosphere, with an incredible view of Lake Atitlán. You will have a great time. The apartament has a small yard where you will can relax, read a book, take a nap or enjoy the view. The house has two floors with a shared terrace. San Pedro la laguna is one of the largest and most beautiful villages aroud lake Atitlán. It has great food, nice restaurants, and many options for Spanish schools. The town is very safe, and quieter than other locations around the Lake : ) The house is located in the front of the village. You can take a tuk-tuk everywhere in San Pedro, but if you prefer to walk, you take 10 to 15 minutes downtown. I am new to Airbnb and looking for a pleasant stay for my guests. The building and furniture are new.
