This beautiful ranch provides an open layout concept to offer an inviting and cozy atmosphere for you and your family. It boasts 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has 3 queen size beds, one sofa Bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have a queen size bed and bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals for your family with plenty of tables for everyone!! Two 45” lcd tv’s connected to Sky cable where you can enjoy sports and movies. Parking free for 5 cars maximum. Look for lot Number 54 on your right. #54 not #158. we are right next to Hotel y Restaurante Pimental Beach. THERE IS A MISTAKE WITH THE ADDRESS; THE NUMBER IS WRONG (158) THE CORRECT ONE IS #54 IT WILL BE CHANGED ASAP IMPROVEMENTS: ADDED A NICE RETAINING WALL BETWEEN US AND THE BEACH. AS WELL ADDED A TWO STORY RANCHO HAMAQUERO AT THE RETAINING WALL TO ENJOY YOUR DRINKS OR SIMPLE WATCH THE WAVES AND FEEL THE SEA BREEZE WITH BAR CHAIRS. ROCKING CHAIRS ARE AVAILABLE AT MAIN HOUSE.
