Villa Loohvana - Terrasse Room

I have 3 bedrooms suits of different size and occupancy. Each have their own bathroom, beds, working and resting areas with a great art collection. Throughout the space, the guests can enjoy several libraries, reading and working areas, terraces and garden with spectacular views. We do not accept pets. The Terrace room is a spacious and independent studio that is attached to the house. It has its own private entrance which overlooks a garden terrace. The studio is equipt with a practical kichenette and lounge area. You can enjoy a calming and picturesque sunset on the studio´s own private garden terrace. The Terrace room has 2 double beds, a table, chairs, living room space and a large three-piece bathroom. This space adheres all to all current sanitary and safety standards and is equipt with Clorox mats to clean your shoes, anti-bactieal gel and dispenser, and an alcohol disinfectant spray bottle for your clothes and luggage. On your arrival, you´ll find in your studio a welcoming bowl of fresh fruit and some traditional Mexican breads. The wireless internet is included in all the house and part of the garden. We have 3 dogs roaming the gardens and three turtles with a few fishes in their own pond. There is a great common erea in the garden to receive you with several seeting spaces for various groups of people over seeing the entrance and the terraces. It has always being a pleasure to receive my guest personally. Through airbnb we generally interchange information of their arrival time and give them the mode on how to get to Villa Loohvana, either they come by car, by plane or public transport. When the guests arrive I show them the installations and their room and some time we talk about their vacation plans. I provide my guests with a map of San Agustin, its attractions and surrounding areas, answer any questions of local, cultural or even of intergalactic interest. San Agustin Etla, is just 20 Km from Oaxaca. It has a spectacular views of the valley of Etla and Oaxaca. It is a very calm and friendly. There is a Art Center and many others natural atractions. There are collectivo, public taxis,from 6 am to 9 pm to go back and forth from San Agustin-Etla to Oaxaca They pass right in front of the house's gate. You can also ride your bike around the mountain-side village. I enjoy when my guests meet each other en Villa Loohvana, interchange personal or general information, share common interests and even go sight seeing together. At my guests request, I can accommodate a space in the garden for any special activities, like family, friends, business or thematic reunions, yoga or painting sessions or a meal. I have available tables, chairs and the necessary utilities to unite approximately 15 peoples with all the due sanitary precautions. So far I have had New Year's Eve, birthday and wedding reunions.
