The beach area comes equipped with lounge chairs for guest usage and is monitored 24-hrs by professional hired Security to ensure privacy and comfort during your stay. The common area grounds are meticulously maintained by a full time landscaping crew and the atmosphere in the village is lush, clean and tranquil. The interior of West Bay Delight has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind! It boasts a spacious living room/kitchen/dining area combined. The kitchen comes fully equipped for meal prep with a gas stove, refrigerator, ample cupboard space and even an island with barstools for entertaining. Included in the kitchen you will find provided drinking water, utensils and all cookware. The living area features large windows for lots of sunlight and slide easily open to catch the island breeze. Is it a scorcher out, today? Good news, the property comes equipped with 3 brand new and powerful AC units! Relax on the couches and cuddle up with a good book, or settle in for the night with a movie on the DVD player. The guest bedroom is customizable depending on the needs of the guests. Two single beds can be used for children or friends sharing a room, or they can be pushed together and fitted with new sheets to form a king sized bed for a couple or adult guest. The guest bedroom also has a large closet and full bathroom/shower. The Master bedroom is guaranteed to please! A queen sized bed with soft linens, a full bathroom/ shower, large closet with safe and the best part; a sliding door walkout to the screened in porch! You're going to want to eat every meal out here! Private and comfortable with enough space to entertain, the screened in porch allows guests to enjoy the outdoors in a pest free environment. Enjoy your morning coffee here and be sure to look out for the beautiful hummingbirds who frequent the property. Cap off your evening with a cocktail in the lounge chair or laze away an afternoon in the hammock. A secondary entrance allows access to the porch and privacy for master bedroom occupants. There's also a storage bin on the porch that contains beach toys, water floats and pool noodles to borrow during your stay. Creature comforts of all sorts come along with the rental of this property. DVD's, puzzles, books, beach toys for children, multiple water loungers, a BBQ and even a Kayak onsite available for free for adult guests. We also have two very good quality twin sized air mattresses for additional guests.
