This charming property offers you a unique opportunity to enjoy something different from the usual Grand Anse vacation. Here you can experience the people, sights and sounds which make up real life in St Georges from your own private balcony. If your dates are not available please CONTACT US as second apartment might be free. The property consists of two similar apartments each of which is perfect for a couple (or two) or a small family. Both apartment enjoys great views of the Carenage, the town and the ocean. The living area opens out onto the balcony, perfect for relaxing during the day and evening. The balconies get the sun from 3 pm so are ideal for late afternoon sunbathing. At carnival time there are few better places to relax and view the parades. The living and dining area provides space for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. There are two double bedrooms and apartment 1 has air-conditioning in one of the two bedrooms (a/c charged extra according to usage). The main bedroom in each apartment also has an en suite bathroom/shower-room. There is a separate small bathroom in both apartments, again with shower, w/c and washbasin. Housekeeping can be provided upon a modest payment. In apartment 1 the a/c is charged extra according to usage. The best way to see St George's, the capital of Grenada, is on foot and there is no better place to start than the Carenage. The apartment sits on a quiet street just above the Carenage, with a charming walk past the restaurants and boats along to the town centre and all it has to offer. The apartment is only a couple of minutes walking distance from the Osprey boarding point for Caricou. The wonderful town centre of St George's is five minutes walk, with the beautiful Port Louis Marina being only a little further and the stunning Grand Anse beach being a ten minute drive or bus ride (or even boat ride!) away. Hiring a car is only necessary if you wish to explore the island without a guide, but there is easy parking right outside if you choose to have a car. N.B. The apartments are 15 minutes from the international airport and are very near to the golf course. Our driver would be pleased to provide personal transportation to and from the airport - please contact us to arrange your airport pickup. We can also recommend a car rental company.
