Entire front yard and parking is available for use. We are open to socialize and share a glass of wine on the deck. Or if you want to be on your own we absolutely respect everyone desire for privacy. We are just a few minute walk away from Atlantic View Trail as well as the surfers paradise, Lawrencetown Beach. We have a fully private lot with trees all around so you can hear the surf and watch a million star in the sky at night. We are only 15 minutes from Cole Harbour and 12 away from Porters Lake. You will need to drive to our home as we are just far away from town to feel like you are away from the city and in the quiet solitude of a beach community. Believe me, the drive is short and so worth it.
