This property in centrally located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and accommodates upto 4 adults.  A short walk to the Sheraton Centre shopping mall with cinema complex and food court and public transportation. This modern style Duplex Condominium is ideally situated in a quiet, safe, and central neighborhood. It is fully air-conditioned and offers free wifi, cable TV, and essential amenities. The layout is spacious, practical and has everything you need to make your stay memorable. The open plan concept downstairs allows guests to interact with each other and enjoy the openness.   The full kitchen has a wide variety of utensils and equipment as well as plate & Glass ware and cooking and baking utensils. You will have everything you need to make yourself a good meal or bake a cake. Guests can relax in the living room and watch their favorite game or movie on the large screen TV. At the rear of the kitchen, you will find a washing machine and dryer and a powder room. Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a king size bed, ample closet space, an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and bathtub.The second bedroom also has a king size bed and ample closet space. There is also a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower.  There is a small office between the bedrooms for those who want to work comfortably. The table and chairs in the patio are there for persons who wish to enjoy a cocktail or just relax.  There are sun loungers in the garden for the sun seekers. Our guests will have full access to the entire house and can enjoy complete privacy! What you should know A car is recommended, so guests can visit the local areas, nearby towns and beaches with ease and flexibility. This is a non-smoking property. Daily cleaning upon request (for a fee). If you are looking for privacy, this apartment is ideal for you as it is located in an inland residential community. There are other guests in proximity staying around the other apartments. Location This property is located near the Sheraton Centre Mall which is about 5-8 minutes wallking distance.  Also on the bus route and close proximity for persons attending the Fertility Clinic, Aquatic Center & Gymnasium and US Embassy.    Saint Lawrence Gap and Oistins are about 5 minutes by car.   Whilst being a short distance to local life you will also have lots of quiet time and privacy. There are so many beautiful white sand beaches with clear turquoise water within minutes of this property to enjoy on the island, from Dover, Worthing & Accra to Pebbles and Browns Beach.  The South Coast of Barbados is also fringed with countless breathtaking Coral Reefs to provide excellent snorkeling and scuba diving at Carlisle Bay with a ship wreck. The South Coast also offers something for everyone and is a curious mixture of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can swim in calm waters, snorkel over the inshore reefs and tidal pools, and at the southernmost tip or east coasts of the island, you can windsurf or kite surf. Many of the beaches offer sun loungers and have beach bars, so you can spend your days drinking rum punches and relaxing.
