With capacity for 8 people, the house, newly built, is a private street 50m from the beach - you can fall asleep listening to the sea little noise - and 400 m from the town center. Downstairs are the living room and the integrated kitchen, the toilet, a full bathroom, a laundry area and a barbecue, in addition to chuveirão for those coming from the beach.
