In the Historical District of Yakima, this tutor home is decorated with some rococo yet eclectic/rustic styles that accommodates an elevated experience to the close proximity of activities in the area e.g., wineries and vineyards, nature parks, museums, cultural heritages, unique restaurants and fun down town. Guest will have their own private main level area with a kingsz bed, hardwood floors, kitchen/breakfast, restroom/laundry, outside pavilion/deck, formal living/dining area, 2 car parking. The home has three levels where owner will use top and basement level. A home gym with a treadmill and weights can be used by guest per request in the basement. I may need access through kitchen to get upstairs but main home can be closed off by doors allowing guest their own privacy. Available upon request but not in home from 8-5pm, M-F. On main Summitview avenue providing easy access to all areas. A block from walking pathways to the aquatic center, museum, and the home is in the historic district with other beautiful homes. Franklin Park provides Yakima’s history exhibits and nostalgic soda fountain and ice cream shop. There are parks and pathways either by walking or short distances plus on main road for public transport routes. Have a second bedroom but used as family room with a sectional sofa and 75 inch tv. It can be used for additional guest.
