Two-story private guest house located in Federal Way near shopping malls and Wild Waves Theme Park.2.3 miles away from aquatic center, and 9 miles away from Tacoma Dome. 13 miles away from Sea-Tac Airport Enjoy a large private room with queen size bed into Living Spaces with queen bed and pull out sofa. One bathroom with shower. A gorgeous backyard a Very close to city but feels like you're out in the country! We can't wait to host you Duplex style home with stairs to a loft and master bedroom with lock! When you first arrive to this lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you can pull up and park on the right side of the driveway. You will see a wooden locked gate on the right side of the house/garage and that’s the entrance to your side of the house after you walk through those gates the door will be on your left. Enter the lock code and walk into the small kitchen/laundry room. Past that you’re walking into the living room that is spacious and has a bathroom with shower downstairs as well. Up the stairs you’ll walk into an open loft area that has a queen bed and extra space for luggage or just to hang out. Past that loft is the main master bedroom that has a locked door. This bedroom is very large and has a king bed plenty of space to lounge around and just get comfortable. We provide clean white sheets and clean white towels for your stay and we pride ourselves on keeping this place very clean and “homie”! Can’t wait to host you, come enjoy our space! This is a duplex style of home. You get the whole space to yourself and some yard as well for you to hang out in. We have a very large garden with our own vineyard and vegetables. We do have dogs that are on our side of the yard and fenced in so you don’t have to worry about that unless you’d like to meet them! We will provide you with privacy and comfort while you were staying here. If you’d like to meet us we can meet as well and show you around the yard! We are here to answer any questions. Me and my husband live next-door and are out and about or at home usually. We live in a country like neighborhood that is quiet were you hear kids playing and dogs barking! We love this neighborhood so much and I think he will too. We are just minutes from me and shopping centers, Costco, major highways to take you to Seattle or Tacoma, wild waves theme park! Great place to stay close to both Tacoma and Seattle so you can really explore this part of the state! We have a parking space available in our driveway for you! Uber and taxi is also readily available but you can reach from your phone. You can also walk to nearby bus stations that are probably 10 to 15 minute walks away There are stairs to get to the upstairs bedroom and loft. But we also have a pull out sofa on the main floor in the living room as well in case you can’t use stairs! We have a dog on the property but they are fenced away and should not bother you at all. We live in a very quiet country like neighborhood but also minutes from the heart of Federal Wild Waves Theme Park, and main highways Take you into Seattle or Tacoma if you’d like to explore!
