My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. My place is approx. a 10min drive to the beaches in and around historic Speightstown, St. Peter and 20min from Holetown, St. James (the famous Platinum Coast). There is a lot to explore such as the Animal Flower Cave, Farley Hill National Park and the Barbados Wildlife Reserve all within a 10-15min drive. For the surfing enthusiasts it is only a 5min drive to Maycock's Bay and approx. 20-30min drive to the East Coast and Soup Bowl, Bathsheba (home of surfing competitions in Barbados). However, Barbados is only 166 square miles in area, yet its beauty is beyond compare and nowhere is truly far. My guests will have access to small front yard grassed area and back yard gravelled area. There are also two free parking areas for the property. I am available to assist guests and offer recommendations for an enjoyable stay. Barbados lifestyle is laid back and care free, however it is always prudent to be careful and keep yourself and your belongings as safe as you would in your own home. The townhouse is approximately 5-10 minutes from a business stop where buses can be taken to most areas of the Northwest to West Coast of the island and further to Bridgetown the capital city and onto the South Coast. Arrangements may also be made for a hired vehicle of most sizes rates varying from US $200 - $500+ depending on guest's requirements. To rent a vehicle a guest must pay for a temporary driver's permit for US $25, which may be paid to the rental company. Taxis are another option for transportation and for island tours and rate should be confirmed with the driver prior to service. Rates may range between US $30 - $150+ again depending on the destination and guest wishes.
