Offering great outdoor fun with a private swimming pool, firepit, a large pool deck with beach chairs and loungers, a covered seating area by the pool, and a deck with an outdoor dining area, you may not spend as much time indoors as you thought. Inside, you'll find the home dressed in high, wood-paneled vaulted ceilings, homey décor, and lots of comfortable furniture. The first level of this home features one bedroom, a flatscreen TV, two comfortable armchairs, and a gorgeous ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. The second level features another bedroom off the living room, and you'll find three more rooms upstairs, the fifth room with a pullout couch and a private workspace, ideal for last-minute projects. The living room is a great place to entertain your guests and you'll love catching your favorite Netflix shows on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is the dream of any family chef, with an attractive farmhouse sink, a center prep island, and a stacked double oven to help you prepare a delicious meal for your guests whom you can serve from the handsome dining table with seating for eight. Additional sleeping space can be found in the separate apartment, which is full of modern amenities and the familiar comforts of home. This retreat is perfect for a couple or a small family looking for even more privacy. You'll find a gorgeous living space with a sectional sofa in front of a flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen. There are one bedroom and one full bathroom on this level. Things to Know Please note the pool open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. * This home is a combination of Searsport Retreat and The Loft in Searsport, which can be rented separately. Parking notes: Four cars allowed to park in the driveway and in front of the garage. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
