*Private studio bedroom in basement with private bathroom and kitchenette.* The studio is equipped with a queen size bed, its own bathroom, closet, TV with wifi and apps. Kitchenette is equipped with toaster, coffee maker, knife, spoons, plates, glasses, mugs, cooktop and a small mini fridge. No Smoking, No Pets 11 via car or 30 minutes by bus the famous Bronx Zoo 10 Minute walk or 5 minutes by bus to 2/5 Train 233rd st downtown. 17 Minutes by car to The Famous City Island All the kitchen appliances are for guest use. Space is completely available for guest use. I'm available by phone or text or in person to answer any question you may have. I do reside on the property and work. I want your stay to be comfortable as you explore The Bronx, Manhattan and Brooklyn. The Bronx is also home to Yankee Stadium and we are know for the largest park in the city Pelham Bay Park, Yep!! its bigger than Central Park. We have lots of Caribbean restaurants. Close to Dunkin Donuts and Subway is less than 10 minutes away. I'm located close to the 31 Bus which is only a couple stops away from the 2 and 5 trains at 233rd street or take a stroll to the train station. If you drive we are close to the I95 ( Cross Bronx Expressway), 287( Major Deegan Expy) and Bronx River Parkway. We also have bike lanes throughout the Bronx. Any additional guest over 2 will be charged $50.00 per day.
