Convenient Location! Cozy home in Rowland Heights

Located in the heart of Rowland Heights where ALL the wonderful restaurants are! Rowland Heights boasts flavors of the world. You can just find about any cuisine within the 6 mile radius. The location is also just 13 miles (34 mins.) away from Disneyland. 2 miles away from the nearest Pathfinder Community Center & Park. Asian & American grocery stores just in the 3 mile radius. 2 major shopping malls within the 6 mile radius. It is the most convenient location for travelers all over. The space consists of 2 rooms and 1 shared restroom perfect for small families or groups of 4 (or more will require a $15/person/day). One is a very spacious room with a 2-seat tea table and a small computer desk/table for working comfort that houses a queen size bed. The second is a smaller room, also with a computer table and has a full size bed. The common areas include the family room, dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry room. All are open for guests to use. The space typically is pretty quiet here and a full house. Other guests are usually doing their own things in and out. There are fruit trees in the backyard (figs, lemons, apples, etc.) and welcome to pick them as well. All are welcome to use the common areas! Guests have access to all common areas such as living room, family room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Guests are also welcome to pick fruit trees in the backyard. All rooms are welcomed to use! I am available all hours of the day minus my sleeping time of course. I typically respond within 5 minutes. But sometimes it can take up to 2 hours if I'm occupied. But I'm definitely prompt with my responses. Feel free to text me as well. Sometimes the AirBnb messaging does not notify me. Our guests in the past have been pretty warm and friendly. Some guests like to socialize, some guests are more to themselves. I say to each their own. I am always accessible. The neighborhood is a very convenient area close to restaurants, dessert joints, grocery stores, banks, bus routes, malls/movie theaters, regional parks and hiking trails. They are LITERALLY all walking distance. It really doesn't get anymore convenient than this. I've had guests here from Germany without cars and without Uber and wanna save money. Seems like there's a transit stop nearby maybe a 10 minute walk. Otherwise, if worse comes to worst, if I'm around, I can always lend a hand! You know where to find me. Just be mindful and considerate of the other guests' shared spaces and we're all good. Men, especially Asian men, please have better aim and clean up after yourselves. Thank you.
