THE HOUSE MAHI MAHI The house Mahi Mahi is a new vacation rental, standing and tastefully decorated. Its area is 77m2 + a large terrace with swimming pool in a new private residence, 800 meters from the beach and the shops of Anse-à-l'Ane aux Trois Ilets. On the ground floor is a private entrance, the kitchen with its bar opening onto the large lounge / TV area and the terrace. The terrace includes a dining table for 6 people, a private pool and sun loungers to relax. Decorated with care, the rooms are composed for the first of a double bed 160cm + a large wardrobe, and for the second a double bed 140cm + a large wardrobe. NEAR The beaches, shops / businesses, Anse-à-l Âne restaurants and the maritime shuttle to Fort-de-France are 800 meters away. The Marina, the beach of Anse Mitan and the shops of Pointe du Bout are 5 minutes by car. From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a horse riding club, golf and tennis courts are just a few km away. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.
