Prime Location, Dearborn MI! Sleeps 8 comfortably!

Rosie's cozy place is nestled in the city of Dearborn, home of Henry Ford, Greenfield Village and very close to the Motor City. This home can sleep up to 7 people and was recently remodeled and freshly furnished. There are 3 bedrooms, with brand new comfy beds. There's a fenced yard and little patio area out back to enjoy the nice weather and soak up some sun. You'll have access to the entire house and we treat our guests like family, our Italian heritage taught us everyone is family! Benvenuto It's a charming space, just the right size where with 6-8 people everyone can be together comfortably and the layout is still spaced out where it won't feel crowded. Pull out the table and seat 6 with an extra table in the family room. And if you all want to snuggle up and watch a movie together in the family room everyone will have a seat. The kitchen has all the right tools you'll need if you decide to cook at home. We have just installed a brand new bathroom. We NO longer have a tub and modified it to a walk in shower. Logistically you'll have everything you need: dish soap, laundry detergent, first aid kit, a/c, yard, patio furniture, coffee maker and coffee, brand new refrigerator and microwave. The bedrooms are a decent size, the two queen beds are on the main floor and the twin and full size bed are upstairs. The upstairs separates into two sides, one bigger than the other but the whole space is open and cozy (with new carpet.) We just remodeled the whole house, fresh paint, new carpet, sanded and stained the wood floors and updated the front yard landscaping. There will be a lock box with the key upon arrival. Code will be given the morning of arrival. You'll have access to the entire house, including the backyard. Chris and Aunt Terri live locally and will be available for questions/suggestions during your stay. Aunt Terri might even bring over some fresh baked cookies. We want your time to be enjoyable and will also provide suggestions on local places to eat, visit, etc. This is a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The owners were all born and raised in the area, so it has a special place in their hearts. It's close to local museums, not too far if you want to venture to Ann Arbor for a day or head downtown to check out Detroit. Ford recently bought a lot of property in the downtown Dearborn area, if you're looking for a burger and fun place to eat try Ford's Garage, or the local hot spot Millers bar which is like 5 minutes away. Downtown Dearborn is approximately 7 minutes away. Downtown Detroit is 15 to 20 minutes away. Detroit metro airport is also 10 to 12 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants are nearby especially if you like Mediterranean food. This home is conveniently located about 15 minutes away from the airport. If you decide not to rent a car, Uber and Lyft are available. This is a residential neighborhood and you'll have the whole house so we just ask you be respectful of the neighbors.
