There's always a coned-off parking spot in front, Xfinity Wi-Fi/HD TV w/Roku streaming and a deck for grillin' & chillin'. We focus on our guest's comfort, privacy and health. We welcome you. We want guests to know that we’re doing our part to help them stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We are a block from a Baltimore Metro bus stop and are afforded an hourly Towson University shuttle every 30 minutes. Uber and Lyft drivers are familiar with the neighborhood. Respecting everyone's travel safety, we have incorporated a "No Contact" ethic for your stay at 1010 Cedarcroft Road if desired. The keys will be inside or in the lockbox (combination to be given once a stay has been accepted). We always place orange cones in front to designate your personal parking spot throughout your stay. Just a brief note to all guests...1010 is here for singles and couples (with an additional charge of $25.00 for a third person/child) to enjoy its privacy and security. It is not to be misunderstood to be a "meeting place" for a multitude of friends or visitors...a few maybe, but not 5 or 6. It's a shame that some feel AIRBnB venues are for entertaining larger amounts of people other than themselves and a few friends. Thanks in advance for understanding. 1010 sits in the quiet neighborhood of Lake Walker with tree-lined streets minutes from main avenues to shopping, theatres, parks and various local and international eateries for all tastes. There will always be a designated parking spot out front of 1010 Cedarcroft Road for the quest's vehicle. 1010 is one block from the bus stop on Lake Avenue. Please note that there will be a mandatory $25.00 charge for a third guest (one child under 13 stays free) We have a new foam mattress cot for that extra guest if needed.
