Cottage on the Mira River

Kitchen inc. new fridge, stove, microwave, kettle & all necessary cook wear & cutlery. Sm sitting room off the kitchen, w/ patio doors to deck. Dining area w/ view into the lg sunroom that overlooks river. 3 piece bath w/ shower. Bedroom 1 has brand new queen size bed with 1 dresser & 1 book shelf. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with 2 single size mattresses, 1 dresser, 1 book shelf and 1 tall cabinet. Bedroom 3 overlooks river w/ new queen size bed, dresser & tall cabinet. Well kept cottage. Guests have access to our entire cottage, which includes: attached patio, kitchen, sitting room, dining room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a sun room. Guests also have access to approx. 150ft of beach front, located directly in front of our cottage. Guests DO NOT have access to our neighbours beach fronts or our neighbours docks, properties or driveways. Our neighbours are NOT involved in our AirBnB adventure, so we would ask they you respect this and allow them to maintain their luxury of privacy, peace, quiet and tranquility. This is a very quiet cove, so we ask that all guests respect this. I am available 24/7 via phone call and text. Each guest can correspond with me privately to make check-in and check-out arrangements, as I am not always able to be there during these times. If guests do not privately contact me following a booking, I reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will have access to your very own private beach on the beautiful Mira River! It is safe for swimming in this river, but we do recommend wearing water shoes. You will notice there is no dock on our property. Our neighbours on both sides of our cottage have docks. We would politely ask that you DO NOT venture over to their properties or their docks, as they are not involved in our AirBnB adventure and they value their privacy in our quiet and quaint little cove!!!! This cottage is located 10 minutes from the small fishing town of Louisbourg. There, you will find the famous Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site, many beautiful walking trails, restaurants and the Louisbourg Playhouse theatre. You will also find laundromat services in Louisbourg at Peck's General Store. Our cottage is located in the country, so the best mode of transportation is by vehicle. Taxi's in this area would be quite expensive and this area is outside of a public transportation route, such as the bus. PARKING: Our cottage is located on MacIntyre Drive, this is a small deeded access right of way for other cottage owners in this cove. For this reason, we ask that you comply with parking on the gravel area in front of the patio at our cottage. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside our cottage. We are willing to rent to smokers, but you must smoke outside on the patio of our property and your cigarette butts must be disposed of in a can of cup of some sort. Please DO NOT place cigarette butts in the garbage or on the ground.
