Welcome to peaceful Inlet! Enjoy 2300sq ft of vacation comfort complete with a foosball & pool table, board games & puzzles- and then there’s the 65in TV with WiFi & ROKU - each bedroom has its own TV. Our kitchen has all you’ll need to cook (or grill) your heart out with seating for the whole family. At the end of your day of ADK adventure, climb into our comfy log beds with pillow top mattresses. But of course, don’t forget the s’mores! Some of the best memories are made by the fire❤️ Bedrooms are separated from living space so kiddos can sleep while adults can have their fun.The dining room seats 8 & the kitchen seats 4. We can be reached by phone, texts or thru Airbnb! We live just a bit away in case of emergencies. You will find a grocery store, restaurants, gift stores, churches & 2 beautiful parks to choose from - one on the water with swimming & a playground, one with trails, basketball and a playground with sledding and skating in the winter - all in town! You can rent skates and bikes in town! 5th lake has some great fishing! (Yes we have fishing poles:) There’s a beautiful golf course one mile up the road. Climb Black Bear, or Rocky or Bald mountains all within 5 miles! You can even go horseback riding or walk llamas. You will find we are just far enough out to feel like you’re in the mountains without feeling like you’re secluded. For quick conveniences there is a gas station just up the road, grab a paper or a bundle of firewood, maybe some worms for that early morning fishing:) We are walking distance to the Town, there are bike rentals right down the street and lots of bike paths. The canoe trail is across the street from us, you are welcome to use our canoe or paddle boat. In the winter season the snowmobile trail is the canoe trail- directly across the street. Unfortunately due to additional Covid sanitizing there is now a cleaning fee added onto your stay. The house is to be left in the manor in which it was rented to you in. If the home is found to be beyond our cleaning protocol you may be charged for additional services. Please no more than 10 bags of garbage. We supply linens and towels as a courtesy and would require just the towels to be washed, dried and replaced after use. No smoking, no pets, evidence of either would result in full to partial loss of security deposit. You will find a departure checklist of your obligations in the binder on the table.
