The Space: Tim's retreat is a very clean and well furnished condo that features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious closet and smart tv. One full bathroom with towels and toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and cozy living room with a sofa bed which folds down to a matrimonial size bed and can accommodate 2 persons, besides there is a pull-out trundle that can be use as an additional twin size bed. The sliding door of the living room, opens to the private terrace, which is shaded and equipped with lounge chairs, gas bbq, dinning table, and is the perfect setting to relax and be amazed by magical sunsets and sunrises. The community pool with external shower is only a few steps away. Beach access is just across the highway which is a ten minute walk. Also, the condo is very close to the best surf spots including: Zippers, Pescadito, The Rock and swimmable Palmilla Beach. Walking distance to have a great variety of restaurants such as Zippers Bar & Grill, Fabric Sushi Bar, Sardina Cantina, La Salsa’s, Mama Mia, District MX, and La Marea. The closest grocery store " La Comer " is just 1.5 km walk or if you prefer you can take an uber. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, surf school, and less than a mile from Palmilla Beach one of the most beautiful, safest swimming beaches in all of Los Cabos. San Jose downtown is aprox 10 min drive and Cabo San Lucas downtown is about 30 min driving. Other Things to Note: As the complex is located close to the highway to Cabo, there is traffic noise which you don't notice inside the condo. Also, the codo has a very convenient location walking distance to the beach, but you need to walk up and down the steep driveway. Hotel Reflect Krystal Grand Los Cabos it's only five minute walk.
