The beach condo is located in the Community of Nueva Gorgona in Bahía Resort, only 50 minutes driving from Panama City and in the middle of the dry belt of the Pacific side beaches, which guarantees sunny days even during the rainy season in Panama. The condo sits on the 5th floor with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, and a balcony where you will enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset. Once down at the pool areas, it is just 20 easy steps to the beach. The beach is Bahia Serena (Serene beach) which is a bay of 2 kilometers of sand and 10 minute walk to the fisherman cooperative, where you can buy freshly caught fish and seafood. Our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom rental condo comes with a queen size bed in the Master Bedroom and two twin beds in one secondary bedroom and a bunk bed with a twin and a queen size bed on the other bedroom. There is also another twin bed in the laundry area, to let eight vacationers sleep comfortably. Vibrant and comfortable, the living room of this ccean view condo offers many entertainment options such as cable TV, Netflix and IPOD dock. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking delicious recipes. The dining table accommodates 8 guests comfortably, but also has a table on the balcony which overlooks the beach. There is also high speed internet WIFI. The resort has all the amenities required for a luxurious and relaxing stay, tennis courts, basketball courts, children´s playroom, pool table, and a bar and full service restaurant which operates in the evenings. There are several pools sitting just beside the beach, including children´s pool and a lap pool. The Resort is conveniently located only 3 minutes driving from a large commercial area which has supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It is also within easy driving distance to El Valle de Anton a volcanic crater where now a town is located. There you will see exotic wild animals, pre-historic hierogliphics, a local market and a canopy tour. The condo is also convenient and close to Altos del María, a mountainous community and the array of coastal towns in the area.
