Henrietta’s Hideaway-Walk Downtown!

Tastefully renovated older mobile home, very clean and bright! Outside yard with gas grill and fire pit, wood included. Pet friendly with enclosed outside area for small/medium dogs right off the back porch. Washer/Dryer and fully stocked kitchen. We purchased this older mobile home from a dear long time neighbor, hence the name, and renovated it in 2015. We did all the work ourselves so while not a professional remodel we are quite proud of it! It is a great place to kick back and relax and we think it is very comfortable. It has three bedrooms and the master has a memory foam queen mattress bed. The two smaller bedrooms have smaller single beds that are still quite comfortable. One of the smaller bedrooms also has a computer desk with an office chair and power/USB charging ports. High speed Wi-Fi is included with a Smart TV with excellent sound. Cable TV though an App plus there is Netflix, etc. through the Smart TV, Apple TV and a Amazon Fire Stick for use. Decently stocked kitchen and feel free to use anything in the cupboards/frig for your meals/cooking, Keurig coffee maker. The entire home and during the warmer months the backyard. It includes a fire pit with wood to use. A picnic table and gas grill are available for use too. We live right next door and are readily available for any questions or assistance. We do have a garden and a few plants there in the growing months that we tend to, otherwise the place is yours to use during your stay. Smaller street in a residential neighborhood that is a 5 minute walk to downtown Brandon. There you can enjoy food offerings ranging from pizza to French cuisine, a downtown pub, or a pastry at a great French bakery. The Green Mountain National Forest, Brandon Gap and the Long Trail are less than ten miles away. Very close to Route 7 and an easy 5 minute walk to downtown Brandon. By car Burlington is about 1 hour and 15 minutes north and Rutland about 25 minutes south. Middlebury is about 20 minutes away to the north. Killiington ski area is about 40 minutes away. Child care and pet sitting services potentially available upon request for an additional cost. For business travelers and others, while we are pet friendly, no pets live on this property and it is thoroughly cleaned between guests.
