Great space for friends and family to share memories of their travels to NYC. A great place with a caring family is what you'll need you need after a long day of adventure downtown :). Along with Complimentary tea/coffee that is provided. There is space in the fridge and cabinet to store food in kitchen. Shared bathroom. Use of dining room. Towels, linen, and essentials provided. Interaction is entirely up to the guest. We are family-friendly, and enjoy the time with our guest, but also understand that everyone needs privacy and or personal space. Pelham Parkway is a great neighborhood! It's safe and quiet. Many of the families, myself included, enjoy the park where you will find places to take a stroll, exercise, play sports, and people watch. Shopping, movies, and dinning are in close vicinity! There is no need for a rental car with all the easy to access transportation that our quiet neighborhood provides such as the 5/2 train lines, 26x bus, BX10 and BX 11 Manhattan Express buses. All Mass transportation is 5-10 mins. in walking distance. 20 mins by car from Laguardia/JFK Airport. If a rental car is needed there are available parking in the area or a parking space available in our garage at $15/day, not included in your booking price. It is payable in cash.
