If shopping has got you hungry, the City boasts a wide range of restaurants with different types of cuisine, from fast food to table service, your appetite will surely be satisfied. If you need a moment to relax or want to take part in a class offered by the City, stop by one of our newly renovated parks. The City maintains over 120 developed acres of park space with everything from playgrounds to an Olympic size pool. Traveling with a car is not necessary. Many of my guests use UBER or LYFT or public transit bus and Metro which is only a short 5 minute walking distance. There are many variety of restaurants (American, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, A 5-star steakhouse, Pizza, Subway), supermarkets and grocery stores, liquor stores, 99 cents stores, all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Beautiful Smith Park with a huge kids playground is just 1 mile away. Super convenient location! NO SMOKING TOBACCO, VAPING OR MARIJUANA INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE (WE PROVIDE A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT). If any evidence of smoking any substance is found inside the house, you will be charged a minimum of $500 for additional cleaning fees incurred. These fees are subject to increase if there is more smell, smoke, or ash. — Noise complaints are subject to having the reservation canceled with no refund. We have a zero-tolerance for parties, noise violations, or complaints from our neighbors. — Please note that there are security cameras installed in common areas and exterior of the house for safety. There are no security cameras inside the house itself. — We do NOT accept USPS mail or packages being delivered at our location. You may have same-day delivery for services that will bring your orders directly to the door (ie: Amazon, Postmates, Uber Eats, FedEx, UPS, etc.) You can also ship your packages to several Amazon Locker locations nearby. We are not responsible for any lost packages so a "signature required" delivery is strongly recommended.
