The ability to sleep 5 guests comfortably with a queen/single bunk bed and a twin sofa bed. The apartment has 2 large flat televisions with cable & high speed wifi. Washer/dryer, kitchen & refrigerator. The bathroom has constant hot water. 24h access and includes Breakfast for 2 each day. This apartment is a comfortable and chic urban 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo located in a large centralized building in San Jose. The bedroom features a bunk bed setup with a large queen size bed and a single twin bed also featuring a flat-panel TV with cable and an attached bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. The living room features a flat-panel TV with cable and a sofa that converts to a bed. The kitchen area features a large refrigerator/freezer and sink with cabinets. All of the utensils are included as well as plates, bowls, and cups. There is also a small dining table with two chairs. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and features elevator access as well as stairs and underground secure parking (parking is an additional fee per night). Breakfast is included for 2 each morning at a small cafe on the first floor of the building. The Cleaning Fee that is paid is for your final checkout cleaning.
