PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The Casa del Sole Two-bedroom townhome is situated within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba and just a few steps from the white-sandy shore and tranquil turquoise waters of the world-renowned Eagle Beach of Aruba. This spacious and modern 3-level luxury vacation rental offers you a back patio with a private plunge pool (up to 5ft deep), an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining table to enjoy the island weather. Additionally, you have a large private rooftop terrace with a partial ocean view completed with outdoor sofa set and a 4-seat outdoor dining table plus chaise lounges. The living area is located on the first level with a fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer, a 6-seat round glass dining table, a sofa-bed with additional chairs plus a large TV, a half bathroom, and access to the backyard with a plunge pool. Both bedrooms are located on the second level of the property. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet that connects you to the master en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This beach house provides you with about 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. Air Conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free WiFi in the unit, and at the resort pool, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your comfort.
