Very spacious as it used to be an in-law unit so is separate from the upper level flat where I, The homeowner, reside. Grocery stores, gas stations, hair salon, library, banks, fast food/take out vendors/ restaurant all within 5 minutes drive from the home. There is also a local community pool nearby and beaches are only 20 min away. They even have a putting area for miniature golf. Shopping in big box stores or small quaint areas are only about a 15 minute drive from this home and close to all amenities. You can access the rental unit by it's own entrance at the back of the house. To the left of the driveway you will find a pathway marked by stone walkway . Great location! You will need a vehicle to get around this area as most amenities are within 5-20 minute drive depending on your interests and what your plans are for the day while visiting. There is a park and ride bus that is 5 minute drive away from the home however times usually follow working hours. There is another bus#33 that runs occasionally to the city as well but can have multiple stops en route getting there. Good way to explore the area and surroundings if you don't want to drive. There is a reverse osmosis tap for filtered water near the sinks. Please use this water for drinking and cooking. Occasionally you will hear a pumping noise from the kitchen area.
