A very comfortable and silent 3 bedrooms flat close to Copacabana with in 137 m² of area in an excellent neighborhood. Great variety of transport and services. Ready for up to 7 guests, perfect for families or group. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioner, LCD TV and cable TV. Also that, each bedroom offer: Main bedroom: queen size bed and fan; Single bedroom: 02 single beds and fan. Suite: 01 unk bed and fan. Living room: a pleasant and large living room with dining table, sofa for 3 (that can be used as another bed), 47” LCD TV with cable TV, 2 air conditioners, fan, 3 windows that keeps the place very well ventilated, hammock, unlimited Wifi internet and AM/FM radiowith Ipod/MP3 Player connection. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with gas heating at the shower (the main bathroom have it also at the lavatory too) ad bathtub (at the main). Kitchen equipped with stove, stove hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, grill , washer and dryer machine, blender, toaster and general kitchen tools and tableware. Laundry: washer, clothes lines and general cleaning tools. The apartment owners speak English. It will be nice to attend your questions. The rates are about lower season. As a very silent apartment, with a quiet neighborhood, it offers great conditions for a perfect rest between Rio attractions. Bed linens and bath towels are included. Internet Wi-Fi in all apartament. The building has 24h porter. The full electricity consumption during the stay will be charged separately and must be paid at check out. The owners will do the best to meet the guests on check-in and hand over the keys. It`s the Tenant’s responsibility to return the complete set of keys at check-out. A lost will require secret lock`s changing as Tenant`s expenses. We may offer, (Hidden by Airbnb) , phone or email support during your stay, presence at the apartment if necessary if it`s possible. The Flamengo neighborhood is placed at Rio's south zone, very close to downtown (15 minutes). A strategic place to enjoy all Rio attractions without losing too much time in transport. Copacabana beach is just 10 minutes from here. The Sugar Loaf and Ipanema are about 15 minutes. The purchase of Corcovado tickets is just 10 minutes walking from the apartment, passing by the main local streets with a lot of shopping, food and entertainment (movie theater and museums) options . The neighborhood offers a large variety of transportation options (subway, buses, taxis and bicycle paths). There are many carnival movement near the flat and it`s just 15 minutes by taxi from Sambodrome, where the Samba Schools show up. Flamengo Park is just 1 minute by walking from here offering a complete leisure area with beach perfect to sports activities (running, soccer, standup paddle, basketball, beach volley and tennis). The main Rio's bicycle path passes through entire park being a direct route also to downtown and the other south zone beaches. Our apartment is very close to the best photo seightseeing of Sugar Loaf. The proximity of Copacabana is an advantage, allowing the access by walking (40 minutes) to the New Year`s fireworks show. The access for cars into Copacabana is restricted after 2:00PM. The flat is also close to Lapa: A bohemian neighborhood with uncountable night entertainment options. Great offer of transportation (subway, buses and taxis) walking for just 5 minutes from the apartment.
