Two hot springs and two ski hills within 20 minutes drive. The condo has a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a living room and dining room. There is a front deck and a fire pit outside. Large outdoor space, quiet neighbourhood with lots of trees. Full upper level of a nice townhouse on 1/4 acre. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen. Great for couples and families (with kids). 20 minute drive to two hot springs and two ski hills. Adjacent to Copper Point Golf Course and there are also nine other golf courses in the area. There is also a local connector bus service for those who don't have a vehicle. Two bedrooms, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, full bathroom with shower and tub, living room and dining room. Outside there is a front deck and a fire pit in the side yard. It is on a quiet crescent where each unit has 1/4 acre of space, so therefore quiet and private. Some great mountain views from the living room and dining room including the majestic Mount Nelson. Nice private views from the bedrooms as we are on 1/4 acre and back onto a very large wooded green space of several acres. It is a quiet building. There is a tenant in the downstairs unit, so not suitable for parties. Please note that in British Columbia all rentals under 27 days require 11% tax to be collected.
