Easy access to downtown, only 2 miles from the main street, Avenida San Martín. You’ll feel like in the countryside being next to the city. If you decide to stay home, you can enjoy the swimming pool in summer and a cozy fireplace in winter. There is a Park in front of our house. We are located at 2297 feet from Mendoza plaza Shopping and Intercontinental Casino. The house is very big and confortable (3552 square feet). We have big garden that includes a “Quincho” with a “parilla”- barbecue. Amazing asados!!! We share the parking lot, garden and outdoor facilities. We share the garden, so if you have any request, you only need to knock our door. There is a Park in front of our house. You can take a walk or run if you feel like. We are located at 2297 feet from Mendoza plaza Shopping and Intercontinental Casino. If you decide to rent a car, we offer you a parking place. As we are close to Mendoza city (in Guaymallén), you will be there by taxi in 10 minutes.
