Beautiful three-bedroom house in downtown Alajuela, 6 min away from the airport. Located in a safe residential neighborhood (surveillance 24/7), yet close to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. Great to settle in when you first get to Costa Rica or perfect right before you head back home. It’s a two-story house with a comfy living room, dining room, kitchen, garage and patio on the first floor, and three bedrooms (one master and two smaller bedrooms) and two bathrooms upstairs. It’s airy, spacious and well illuminated. Guests have acces to the entire property. A fully-equipped laundry area is available. Parking space included. There are a couple of small parks with kid games near the house, within the neighbourhood. Close to convenience store, pharmacy, restaurants and other shops. Calm neighborhood, yet close to the hubbub. By car or on foot are the best options. Uber and the official taxi cabs are also great options.
