At the top of Mt Pleasant with its soft constant breeze, the eco-friendly Letovah Villa has a unique contemporary feel with high ceilings and sweeping views of the sea. Master BR and two guests rooms, all with queen beds, all room opening on main terrace with a view on Admiralty bay, 4 Bathrooms, large living space, fully equipped open kitchen, plunge pool, Courtyard with pergola and BBQ, Unobstructed views towards on both sides of the island (Admiralty Bay & Mustique Island). Magnificent Sunset ! The house is rented with staff. Internet, Wi Fi, local cell phone Welcome Rum punch, arrival night dinner and supplies for the first breakfast Washer/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, etc... Housekeeping 5 days a week. Rosalind is also a wonderful cook and can prepare meals for you with direct arrangement. Jasmine Williams, our super Intendant, lives across the street if you have any question or problem. She also runs a Minim market for your staples. She will introduce you to the house. Very friendly neighborhood. Minimarket and small local restaurant just across the street. Lunch on Princess Margaret Beach beach at Jack's Bar is a must !! Rum Punch in the plunge pool at sunset is unforgettable ! The nicest beach ( Princess Margaret, Lower Bay, etc..) are within walking distance but this is a volcanic island with steep roads . So you will need a car or you can use a local open bed taxi. Fares are reasonable and they come fast. If you decide to rent, you will need to get a local driving license at the City Hall. We can help you with rentals. For basic supplies the minimarket across the street For more, you will have to go down to the harbor( 10mn by car) The house is located in Mt Pleasant, and therefore enjoys a permanent breeze, running through the whole house. The house is equipped in 220V (British plugs) power but provides also for some 110V power in the den and the kitchen. CHECK CAREFULLY THE VOLTAGE BEFORE CONNECTING YOUR PERSONAL APPLIANCES. No high wattage US appliances (hairdryers are supplied).
