The Pool House is your perfect affordable island getaway. Enjoy views of St. Martin to the south while you lounge in a great inner island neighbourhood. Gated yard with lots of shade, full kitchen, cable TV, queen size bed. Perfect for the cost-conscious light traveler, the pool house has a washer and dryer (detergent provided) in the basement. A full kitchen allows you to prep your own meals utilizing stove, oven, microwave or blender for the smoothie savvy. There is a coffee maker to give you your morning boost. Tea and Coffee are provided for your convenience. You can control your room temperature with air conditioning, ceiling fans or enjoy our island breezes through the long louvred windows. The bedroom doors open on to the pool deck and offers a great aquatic experience. Deck chairs, umbrella and towels are available for a relaxing sun bath or a dip in the pool. Guest Access: You will have full independent access to the private pool, pool house and yard through a motorised southern gate with ample parking. Owners live on the property. The main house is separated by fencing. The Thompson family is available to help cater to your needs. We can arrange anything from port pick up to activities during your stay. Just let us know. Little harbor is a quiet, safe neighbourhood located in the inner area of the island. It is not a walk to the beach so we recommend you rent a car to enjoy all the island has to offer. We are happy to prearrange a rental car on your behalf. A convenient store is a ten minute walk up the road so you can stock your fridge as soon as you arrive. There is no public transport on the island , so your own transport is your most cost effective way to get around the island. We are happy to offer directions to all the " must see and must do" things on the island. The Pool House is located in a central area so its only ten minutes to the nearest beach and shopping area.
