La Casa is a beautiful 2500 sq ft home with a rustic yet light style, with a lot of wood. It is very comfortable and inviting and you will feel right at home. It is designed to stay cool during the day and the master bedroom has AC. The kitchen is the center of the house, spacious and well equipped it has the whole family in mind. The bedrooms are spacious and light filled. The pool has a beach entrance. The property is very private and only 100 steps to the ocean! Ideal quiet retreat. La Casa is located right by the secluded beach Playa Honda. It is a unique cove that make swimming easy at mid to low tide. Strolling further down the beach is Playa Venado, a breathtaking black sand beach that end with a river mouth. Sunsets are particularly spectacular on that beach and it is also a favorite spot for fishing. The property boasted a beautiful garden with fruit trees with monkeys strolling by and humming birds feeding off the flowers. There is a grill available for your use it is a bit old, but it woks well.
