The small town of Kensington is 10 minutes drive and offers two very nice restaurants, grocery shopping, a pharmacy, community pool and gym, post office , Confederation trail biking /walking trails, some interesting shops. The town of Summerside is 12 minutes from Kensington. There are many beaches and golf courses within 10 to 15 minutes drive . New London Bay and the Cavandish sand Dunes are accessible by boat or a 14 mile drive.
