2 Bedrooms in New Hope Boro Colonial Home

Enjoy TWO charming guest bedrooms furnished with Pennsylvania Dutch & Belgian furnishings on the upper level of a colonial home overlooking Aquetong Creek. PLEASE NOTE: Hosts (and our small dog) reside in the home during the guests' stay. Hosts’ master bedroom is located on the home's second level as are the two guest bedrooms, guests' full bathroom and the guest lounge area with kitchenette. Our lovely colonial style home is within easy walking distance to the many restaurants, pubs, cafes, coffee houses, antique shops, art galleries, clothing stores, consignment shops, jewelers, historical sites and fun, eclectic curio shops in New Hope and Lambertville. Our guests are delighted to know they can avoid driving, finding parking and paying parking fees while they explore New Hope and our sister city, Lambertville. The comfortable, separate bedrooms located on the upper level of the home have access to a large guest bathroom with shower, towels and toiletries. On the same level is the common area with KITCHENETTE containing dishes, eating utensils, drink ware, microwave, mini fridge, sink and dishwasher. The common area (which overlooks the gardens) has seating, an iPod with docking device, ECHO and books. Guests are able to park their car(s) in the parking space on the property. Guests have access to the bathroom opposite their bedroom which is shared in the event both bedrooms are booked at the time of their stay. If only one bedroom is booked, the full bathroom is for their sole use. The spacious common area with kitchenette is located on the same level as the bedroom(s) and overlooks the backyard and gardens. Guests will be greeted by hosts upon their arrival. Pastries will be served each morning and coffee, tea and hot chocolate will be available in the kitchenette to be enjoyed in the common area at the start of their day. A map of New Hope, Lambertville and the surrounding Delaware River Valley to assist guests in navigating the area either by foot or by car will be available. Our home is located on a lovely, secluded road which runs along the Aquetong Creek in an historic area of New Hope. As you are en route to New Hope, Lambertville and Bucks County by foot or by car you will pass by residences which date back to the 1700's. PLEASE NOTE: ALL guests must provide proof they are fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID as well as a negative COVID test result within 48 hours of the first day of their stay.
