DUE TO MANY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES, WE NOW REQUIRE ALL POTENTIAL GUESTS TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE POSITIVE REVIEW. Beautiful newly furnished 3 bed, 1 full bath house with keypad entry. A short walk to UD main campus and a quick drive to great food & drink in the Oregon and South Park districts. Tastefully furnished with queen beds, dressers, luggage racks, and more. Dining table, couch, coffee table, wifi, smart TV, kitchen supplies, iron & more! Two car garage with an outside space for a third car. Please make yourself feel at home and respect our home as you would your own. You have access to the entire home including laundry in the basement. Please clean up after yourselves and we ask that you do not move furniture around and keep everything in its original space. NO SMOKING ALLOWED, no burning of candles or incense, and absolutely no parties! We will charge additional fees if our property reports these violations. If you will be having additional people for your reservation that the couch is absolutely NOT an additional sleeping option, neither is bringing outside furniture into the home like blow-up mattresses. No Pets - No Exceptions...sadly this policy is in place due to previous bad outcomes.. Please don't ask if we can make an exception. As a guest in our home, you will have full access to everything which includes laundry in the basement and the garage. Help yourself to the single serve coffee machine. Should you need anything during your visit feel free to contact us so that we can make sure you have everything you need for your stay. If you are in town for a visit to The University of Dayton or are conducting business in the downtown area you are in the right place! UD is a short 10-minute walk and is less than a mile away. We're a stones throw away from South Park and The Oregon district which have tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Interstates 35 & 75 are within 2 miles. World famous Tanks is right down the street and easy access to Krogers & Walgreens is 5 minutes around the corner. Public transportation is easily accessible as there are several bus routes within a short walking distance. If you are driving you are in luck because our house is one of few with a detached garage that you will also have access to. Street parking is also available along with one other spot next to the garage in the back of the house. NO SMOKING ALLOWED, no burning of candles or incense and absolutely no parties! We will notify Airbnb and pursue additional fees beyond the security deposit up to $250 if our property manager reports with evidence that this policy has been violated. Video doorbells - One located at the front door and one at the back door - They will be on. This has been installed for your safety and our piece of mind. Please do not touch them unless otherwise discussed with us.
