The space ———DIRECT ACCESS TO BEACH———- This unique fully equipped first level apartment has all the Amenities you will need to have an Incredible Experience. Located directly on the ocean, it features 3 bedroom, 3 bath and extra space with a futon. The master bedroom has a stunning ensuite bathroom with double showers and skylight. We can host up to 8 persons. The apt is Fully Equipped. You have access to a 60' dock with boat ramp through the property, stairs down to a sandy beach and beautiful reef and coral formations all around at swim distance from shore. Weekends usually host a lively environment at the bars and restaurants (it can get noisy), but the beach is never crowded. You can easily paddle or kayak to nearby Isla Ratones (in photos) less than half mile away, or snorkel to see a lively flora and fauna underwater. Beaches in Puerto Rico are not private, expect some visitors specially during weekends PROPERTY AMENITIES: Beach chairs, wheeled ice cooler, umbrellas BBQ, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Snorkeling and Fishing Gear Ample private parking A/C units in every bedroom & Kitchen. One full bathroom is detached from main structure, however is private. Fully equipped Kitchen w/dishwasher, range, oven, toaster oven, blender, food processor, Coffee and Espresso machines and much more. Filtered water in sink and ice maker Water cistern, diesel generator for the whole property and water softener. We have an array of water toys (Paddle Boards, Kayaks, snorkeling gear, fishing gear, etc.) that are available during your stay. We can also help you coordinate local experiences such as scuba diving, deep sea fishing, boat charters and tours. Guest access You will be free to access all amenities in the property with no restriction other that the house rules. Your privacy and security is one of our main goals. Interaction with guests We have a manager on site and will be available to fulfill any guest problem or concern at "anytime" during your stay in our property. However we have a self-check-in process and will respect your privacy at all times. Joyuda is known for its seafood, there are dozens of restaurants throughout route 102. There are multiple bars and restaurants next door to the property, during weekends they host live music and karaoke nights (it can get loud). The beach has limited access to the general public and it's usually not crowded. There is a full service supermarket and gas station less than a mile from the property.
