Peaceful Apt # 2 in the hill/Caguas - 1st floor

Leaving the San Juan Airport you take expressway Luis A. Ferre 52 please use your GPS which will take you 35 min. to one hour depending on traffic time. Or we can send you a Pin Location were you can get here on your own, please let us know. We are in the country side, but yet a few minutes from the city were all the malls and restaurants are for your convenience, also the highway 52 which can get you to San Juan as well to the other side of the island. Our apt. has a full kitchen, livingroom and 1 bedroom with a private bathroom. We would like to let you know that we live in the property and we are there if you need us for anything or any emergency. We have parking available for 1 car,any extra cars will be charged $10.dollars a day extra at the end will be billed through Airbnb. The building has a private entrance for each apartment. Guest are able to use the back patio to sit and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the Coquis and birds singing whiled looking at the hills and beautiful sky. At night you can look at the stars and enjoy. But please be considerate of other guest and neighbors after 10:pm. no parties or making loud noises. We also have a washer and dryer available for your use, but we don't supply the detergent. The hours for washing are from 9 am. until 8 pm. , cause we have other guest in the building and neighbors. The neighborhood is a countryside mostly quite except for chickens and birds singing during the day, at night you will hear the coqui { which is a tiny tree frog and the source of a lovely melody you can hear all over the island.] A few voices of neighbors talking here and there. Otherwise very tranquil. It is easy to get around since we are 5 to 15 minutes away from the shopping mall Las Catalinas and restaurants. I do suggest to eat something before you come up to the apt. if you come in late at night. Because of COV19 the restaurants and stores close by 9:00pm. Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, El Meson Sandwiches, Chill's restaurant PF Chang's China Bistro, Outback Steakhouse and Tijuana's Bar & Grill just to name a few. Caribbean Cinemas and Happy bowl. 1.Guest will need to rent a CAR for their travels and transportation because there is no buses or trains available for their convenience in the countryside. *We do provide parking in front of the apt. for only one car. 2.We don't except dogs in the apt. If you have a service dog , it will be an extra $ 10.00 dollars a night charge and only in extreme cases. 3.You will need to buy your own food , beverages, detergent and toilet paper. We supply toilet paper only for the first few days. 4.) We also want to add if your fight arrives in P.R. after 7:00pm or late at night PLEASE be aware that because of COV19 the restaurants and grocery stores close by 9:pm.
